A very positive experience with Greenhouse Student Lets! 

The property is furnished to a high standard and offers a range of domestic additions, unlike most student properties. 

Michael and Lisa are great landlords, issues are dealt with swiftly and without hassle. 

Would definitely recommend!

Very much enjoyed my stay, very homely environment compared to other student houses. Any problems with the house were also dealt with very quickly which was very appreciated. Definitely recommend to any students living in Sheffield.

Living at 76 Sharrow Street this year has been an outstanding experience. The house is conveniently located close to Sheffield Hallam University, making my daily commute effortless. The house was very nice modern and homely. Lisa and Micheal were always available on call and if you couldn’t get through you would get a call back as quick as they possibly could. I would highly recommend greenhouse student lets to all students. And I would definitely recommend looking at staying at 106 club garden road as it was the best house I had seen when looking for student houses anywhere in Sheffield

I would really recommend Greenhouse student Lets. The landlord's are really nice and if you have any problems with the house Michael comes around straight away to fix it!! They are very accommodating and friendly and the houses are kept in very good condition.

My house was by far the highest spec of any student house that I've been to in my 2 years at university with a new kitchen with, most importantly, a dishwasher and also both bathrooms had been replaced just before we moved into our house. The house was light and airy with large bedrooms which was more than we could have hoped for!

As for the landlords, they were fantastic! The only ever problem I had at the house was that the lightbulb in my room stopped working and within 20 minutes...

The landlords were really friendly and always willing to come round and help out whenever we had a problem with something. The house was perfect for the seven of us, and we fit in well with our neighbours. Would recommend!

Having spent 2 years of my degree with Greenhouse Lets, I simply cannot praise them enough. Their houses have character and feel homely, unlike much student accommodation that is so often run down and basic. Instead of having to chase up a property agency for the most basic of needs, you are met with a professional and friendly service meaning any enquiry or repairs are dealt with in the most timely manner. The houses are well decorated and well designed so they feel so much homlier than a lot of other student houses. The landlord is incredible and any issues you may have will be sorted straight away. Living in these houses for the past few years has amplified the uni experience massively and I would fully recommend them to anyone.
